When our company is selected to run an event of the size and scope of a National Competition which has a tradition having run since 1987, each year has to exceed the one prior in terms of delivery and excellence. The end result seeing our client determine the no 1 National Champion across 7 individual categories. This program aims to improve cross divisional promotion and coordination covering all aspects of Dealer recruitment, training, development and staff retention.
While the program distinguishes the Best of the Best on both a regional and national scale. It also maximises retention by way of recognition via the reward of high performers. It engages dealership staff in a variety of disciplines including Guest Experience Management, Service, Parts, Apprentices, Technicians and Sales.
The other logistical challenge is to run the full day of events within the client headquarters followed by a large scale gala dinner awards evening which is offsite.
Here Face to Face is engaged to coordinate and determine all moving parts across audio visual requirements, production, staffing and client communications. Today the National Competition is in great shape and we have been engaged by the client for the previous 12 years.
