NATIONAL CONFERENCE

250 pax | Port Douglas

The program is designed to engage the audience and discuss current and new service programs/activities, products, and deliver workshop style training sessions and engage with managers to share experiences, issues and ideas during networking opportunities. The size of the group was 250 which was a mix of delegates from head office and the wider network. The clear objective was to deliver an event to engage and motivate the managers, communicate, improve retention, provide a collaborative environment and create a development opportunity for individual action plans.

 

The venue chosen was the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort in Port Douglas. The hotel was well placed to provide a well sized ballroom for the plenary and sufficient break out space for the training workshops. The meeting was very successful and the internal evaluation forms exceeded the year prior which is always the aim.
