This event we worked in partnership with a creative agency to create an opportunity for the client to showcase its new products and trends to the wider network. It involved a car reveal and an array of interactive activities including offsite functions, a driver program, and an epic gala night. The National Meeting is the most prestigious of the year with all of the participating dealerships from around Australia in attendance to network and learn of the exciting plans ahead for the future.

 

The size of the group was 500+ and our client wanted a rural location being the Hunter Valley. The Crowne Plaza was hired for sole use for the duration of the program. Every commercial section of the hotel was utilised and the façade of the hotel was completely re-branded to welcome the delegation. The 4 day program featured unique offsite restaurant experiences, a totally vineyard-inspired drive program and the travel logistics all ran smoothly.
