This program was designed for the best-of-the-best, delegates gathered for an incentive to discuss new ways to improve and study industry trends. On this occasion we used Mac01 Hotel in Hobart which is a great location with completely bespoke service deliverables.

 

This program was pure incentive so the meeting space was less of a requirement.  Hobart is a great destination for incentive business with the quality of offsite venues and restaurant options. Here we used MONA for a special evening and the superb ferry ride to the venue down the Derwent which is a great way to start an exclusive evening event. F2F also interacted with top retailers and offered bespoke shopping experiences in shops who allowed us to take over the space and provide catering. Guest Experience managers by nature know exactly what is required to make a difference in terms of service.
